Long title, but hey its somewhat descriptive. Trend wise it looks like we are going to see more and more colour on our faces, which if you ask me because I know you totally would, is a step in the right direction. All at once like below, maybe not, but you can easily take one feature and make it work for you!

Finally back with my latest requested video for side swept curls. This hair style looks equally great neat or messy and is a great way to show off your favourite statement earrings without having to do an up-do. Product wise I used Redken All Soft Argan-6 followed by Nak Heat beat to prep my hair before heat styling.
I like luxury brands as much as the next gal but more often than not I can’t seem to squeeze them into my budget. Also when I find a product that works just as well if not better why not buy the cheaper option, right!?! So the following are a few of my favourite budget friendly beauty buys that are not only a bargain but work for me too!
Face of Australia Loose Powder (RRP AUD) $11.95, comes in a massive 30 gram container for that price and is a great lightweight loose translucent powder. (more…)
Oh hello there I sent this as an email to those I could but I thought also posting it on the blog would be a smart idea.
I just wanted to give all my lovely subscribers a quick heads up that blogger decided they don’t want to share with non-blogger blogs as of March 2012, as I am now on a WordPress self-hosted site that means me – insert sad face here. So as of next month the ‘Google Friend Connect’ subscriber button will disappear from my blog, I know numbers shouldn’t mean a thing but my GFC subscribers numbers have been growing and I will honestly be sad to see it go. So keep a lookout for them, they will be mainly super easy/quick was to up-cycle existing items from your wardrobe. Any requests throw them my way! (I won’t guarantee I’ll be able to do all of them, I’m not exactly Martha Stewart. But I do LOVE crafts!)
See you on the blog!
For a while there I felt like I was drowning in a complete makeup rut, well a rut for me. I wasn’t putting in as much effort as I once did and so my news years resolution became start wearing fun makeup again! (When I say fun I really mean stop just doing neutral eye shadow, mascara and a bright lip.)
So first look of the new year was created by using, (more…)
As the title suggest this is the makeup I wore on Christmas day. I got ready far too early but I had a full day of cooking so these morning shots will have to do! Yes my hair is different, yet again, I can’t seem to help myself with dyes lying around.
Recently BYS had a pretty awesome competition on their Facebook page and the first 50 to reply got a $50 gift pack, (see I told you it was awesome!). I was one of those lucky people that won and the eye palette I used was one of the items from my pack! The colours are decently pigmented and there was a little fallout so patting them onto your lids over a base works best ( but I’ll do a review so you can see) (more…)
