Madame B Fatale is an Australian based style blog that not only discusses but demonstrates everything beauty, from makeup to hair and now featuring quick and simple DIY tutorials. It all started in early 2009 to compliment the Madame B Fatale YouTube channel where viewers can see exactly how to create the looks themselves. Encouraging un-conventional beauty and incorporating ‘trends’ in a way that reflects their own personal style rather than just trying to fit in.
How did you get into make up & hair?
I guess I’ve pretty much always been a bit of a girly girl, always loved trying new products and becoming a make up artist is something I’ve actually wanted since my teens.
But what really sent me into a crazed beauty lover is thanks to the Internet. One of the first make up forums I joined and participated in (other than lurking) was Specktra. You should really go have a look, its expanded so much over the past few years! Once I built up enough courage and started to feel comfortable on the site I started posting my own FOTD’s for advice for improvement. Talking to other make up lovers was really great too, my friends may like make up too but aren’t quite obsessed with it as I am. This is also the main reason I started this blog.
Another site to check out (especially if you are an Australian) is BeautyHeaven. I have been lucky enough to be able to do some video reviews for them in the past and thanks my readers and BeautyHeavens lovely members I actually won the BlogStar competition for 2011!!
I don’t know where to start, anything from different sub-cultures, decades past (in particular the 60’s), film, art, television, everyday life and of course other bloggers!
What I love about blog/vlogging?
Basically for the same reason I love forums and other beauty sites is the ability to share and talk to someone other than my friends and family about beauty. I also love it to make new e-buddies and for feedback!

Some things I feel I have to say rather than wanting to:
I love comments, but anything that I deem offensive or spam will be removed no questions asked. So before hitting submit please consider it your comment is going to offend anyone or if you are just trying to promote your own site.
Also, Please don’t steal my images, (or content for that matter) don’t remove the watermarks and don’t claim the work as your own (this will not be tolerated). If you would like to use one of my images just ask, I’m likely to say yes.
